Born in 2010 during a hot, Denver summer, Grace is a company dedicated to crafting solid skis that are innovative, durable and responsive. The focus is on Big Mountain style skiing, off-piste, side and backcountry adventures. Our product and process are constantly evolving based on Grace community feedback, because without you, we would be just be a crew pressing skis in an old kitchen. communicate and reforcast...often

I have never been on a sinking ship in the literal sense. I get motion sickness on a surf board so the chances are slim to be bucket in hand and ankle deep in salt water with sharks circling. If I happen to be half a fore finger deep in one of Isaac's offerings and the ocean becomes rough, I would hope Stubbing would have a plan. Matter of fact, screw Stubing, I should have a plan. This didn't happen last week as the sinking ship I was on continued its maiden voyage through rough seas, with leadersdhip more like Gilligan and the Skipper then Stubing. I am not going to put blame on the seas, the crew or the ship, what I am going to do is blame the plan less, this includes me. I never thought of myself as a planner. I never know where I might go but I know i am setting off to go. Openess to the plan is important. I have never embraced a plan and expected it to not change, evolve or disinigrate. The bottom line to being plan full, is to communicate often and reforcast but never lose sight of the safe harbor.
As you might be able to tell Stubing forced me down the plank last week, as another "valued deckhand" that they couldnt afford to keep on the deck due to the increasing water intake. (final ship reference I promise) My concern is there is no plan, no communication and no forcasting. With out those things, my friends still on that course will soon be grasping to a teathered rope floating lifejacket less next to a leaking life raft. (sorry)

A few thoughts...Kings of Loen suck, Lebron is bigger then team and the city and nothing should be, I like my Gary Fisher RIG and my girlfriend is VERY special...
